Support and privacy information

This beta’s interactive support pages require JavaScript. The current app also contains the complete Privacy Notice, Terms of Use, and nutrition disclaimer under Settings > About & support.

Privacy summary

Food Log entries, retained photos, recipes, pantry, grocery, timers, preferences, and optional nutrition-reference details stay on the device. Apple Health sharing is optional and write-only. When you deliberately start an AI feature, its selected text or photo is sent securely to the configured provider. Plate & Pantry does not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

A validated AI result may be retained as user-bound encrypted ciphertext for up to 15 minutes solely to recover a lost response. Content-free operational, webhook, and security metadata uses the 30, 90, and 180-day retention boundaries described in the in-app notice. Account, local-content, Health, and stored credential deletion controls remain separately available in the app.

Safe feedback

Use TestFlight’s built-in feedback and include the app build, iOS version, screen, expected result, and actual result. Never include API keys, private meal or health content, purchase evidence, or deletion receipts. The proposed support and privacy mailboxes must not be used until their delivery is activated and verified.
